School is where a child spends the most time outside the home. When something grates there, it shows at home soon enough. School and career counselling works exactly on that border.

School counselling

Refusing to go to school. Marks that drop suddenly. Repeated conflicts with classmates or a teacher. A child who „cannot concentrate”. Big feelings before tests. Each of these has a story underneath it, and the child can rarely tell it alone. In the office we find it together, at the child’s pace, and we build strategies they can use at school the next day.

Career counselling

For teenagers and young adults who have to choose: a school stream, a degree, a first job. We assess interests, aptitudes and personality traits with validated instruments, then set the results against the real options. I do not tell you what to do. I show you what fits and why, so the decision is yours and you can stand behind it.

For parents

Sometimes the most effective thing I can do for a child is to work with their parents. A few meetings in which you understand what is happening with your child and what you can change at home often do more than months of „come on, try harder”.
