This is a translation of the Romanian privacy policy. In case of any difference, the Romanian version is the binding one.
The controller

What data we collect
Through the contact form: name, phone (optional), email, the category you are seeking support for, and your message. If you book through the calendar on the site, the details you fill in there (name, email, phone, day and time) go to the booking service in use. If you accept measurement in the cookie window, Google Analytics and Google Ads receive data about the visit (pages viewed, where you came from, whether you booked), and Microsoft Clarity receives how you moved through the pages (scrolling, clicks), with text and forms masked. None of them receives your name or email. Details in the cookie policy.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent (the tick box in the form) and the legitimate interest in replying to a request you started.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept for at most 90 days, then deleted automatically. Data in the psychological file, if you become a client, is kept in line with the legal obligations of the profession.
Who we pass it to
No one, for commercial purposes. The form is processed technically by the site’s hosting provider, acting as a processor and using the data for no other purpose. The booking calendar loads from the booking service (Calendly), and the maps on the contact page from Google Maps, only after you accept them in the cookie window or press „Show the calendar” or „Show the map”. Each has its own privacy policy. Google Ireland Limited and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited receive the measurement data above only if you accepted it, on the basis of your consent.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@psihologalinatelea.com and you will have an answer within 30 days at the latest. You can also contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
Alternative dispute resolution
Under consumer protection law you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection and you can use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) mechanism.
