What this site is
It presents the psychological services offered at the office and online. Everything here is for information.
This site does not provide consultations, diagnosis or therapy. Nothing you read here replaces a psychological or medical assessment carried out by a specialist in a meeting. Booking a session is the only way to work together properly.
In an emergency
If you or someone close to you is in immediate danger, call 112. For immediate emotional support there is the free line 0800 801 200, open around the clock. This practice is not an emergency service and cannot answer immediately at any hour.
Bookings
- A request sent through the form, the online calendar or by phone is a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. It becomes firm once the practice confirms it.
- Cancelling or moving a session is announced at least 24 hours in advance, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
- Fees are given before the first meeting, by phone or in the reply to your message. There are no hidden costs.
- Bookings made through partner platforms are also subject to that platform’s own terms.
Confidentiality of sessions
Everything discussed in the office stays confidential, under the code of ethics of the psychology profession in Romania. The only exceptions are those the law provides for, among them immediate danger to your life or someone else’s. How the data sent through the site is handled is described separately, in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Rights over the content
The texts, photographs and graphics on this site belong to the practice or are used with the owners’ permission. They may be quoted with the source named and a link back to the original page. Reproducing them in full or using them commercially without written agreement is not permitted.
Links to other sites
The site links to booking platforms and to partners’ pages. We are not responsible for the content or the policies of those sites. Each has its own terms, worth reading.
Availability
We do what we can to keep the site working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be pauses for maintenance or problems at the hosting provider.
Changes to these terms
The terms may be updated when the services or the law change. The version published on this page is the one in force.
